The major military decisions of any country involving human lives should be done by supercomputers. Humans will always have human elements, sadism, brutality, vengeance etc

Politicians should be allowed only to construct roads, do plumbing works for piplelines that will provide water to common people. They must be allowed only to do works for civilian people. 

No World Chess champion or super GMs can win a chess match against a super computer these days. It also means that "no human can think or process better than supercomputers"

This much of thinking (read the detailed page, link given above) is not enough to overwhelm  the supercomputers. Sure the Russia - Ukraine conflict did not have much of thinking.

The "GOVERNOR" computer would cite 100 pages or 1000 pages as to why the country can engage in war and why it should not. 

When it comes into effect, a human PM or President would not have even 25% of its decision making potential because it will use a "tonne" of history too (data of export and import consequence of a bolt and nut, few screws, few potatoes or brinjals) which is not possible by human memory. It would cite the net loss of a possible war in definitions of dollars and cents and Rupees and paisa. Even the "paisa" loss it would take into consideration during "WAR" analysis. The US people do not have relevance even to their own people on streets, that is, their money on their wallets has no relevance to the next person on the street. But these days, it has went to Ukraine situated 8000 kms away. The money of a US taxpayer is sent to Ukraine ?? amounting to 125 billion dollars.
